ESNNA CODE OF CONDUCT\n<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Pursuant to Law No. 28251, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) has established a policy against the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESNNA). Therefore, the ESNNA Code and LUCKY PER\u00da TOUR E.I.R.L. have a joint action agreement to prevent and eradicate this problem. We hereby declare that: <\/p>

  • We reject the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) in Peru and around the world, in general and particularly in its form associated with travel and tourism, as it is a behavior that violates the fundamental rights of people, contrary to the intrinsic objectives of tourism in our country.<\/li>
  • We denounce and condemn those who take advantage of tourism and the facilities and services they offer to promote, facilitate or tolerate the occurrence of sexual exploitation of girls, boys and adolescents; and by virtue of the above.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    LUCKY PER\u00da TOUR E.I.R.L subscribes to this Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys and Adolescents in the field of Tourism.<\/p>

    This Code is a formal declaration of free adherence that aims to establish the rules of conduct for all people who work at LUCKY PER\u00da TOUR E.I.R.L. aimed at protecting girls, boys and adolescents from all forms of sexual exploitation and human trafficking associated with travel and tourism.<\/p>

    Furthermore, the people who make up this Company, in order to take the necessary measures to protect girls, boys and adolescents against sexual exploitation, commit to:<\/p>

    • Maintain an ethical policy of rejecting the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the context of travel and tourism.<\/li>
    • Inform and train staff on the company’s policy regarding the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism and travel.<\/li>
    • Maintain visible symbols that alert customers and suppliers about the position regarding the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism and travel.<\/li>
    • Include a clause in contracts with tourism service providers declaring a shared rejection of the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. The following paragraph will be used: \u201cTourism promotes a childhood and adolescence free from sexual exploitation; therefore, we do not accept any act that facilitates the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.\u201d <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>
