– Breakfast in Chivay: Once in Chivay, you will have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in this charming town.
– Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor: After having breakfast, you will continue the trip for approximately 2 hours until you reach the “Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor” at an altitude of 3500 meters above sea level. From this viewpoint, you will be able to witness the majestic flight of the condors and enjoy of the best panoramic view of the Colca Canyon, which has a depth of 1,200 meters.
– Stay at the Mirador: You will spend around 2 hours at the Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor to enjoy the views and observe these magnificent birds.
– Return to Chivay: On the way back to Chivay, you will make stops at interesting places like Pinchollo, where you will see the pre-Incas Hanging Tombs and the Petromaqueta characteristic of the Colca Valley. You will also visit the Mirador de Antahuilque, Maca, Achoma and Yanque, the latter with its monumental Baroque-style temple.
– Thermal Baths: In Chivay, you will have the option of visiting the “La Calera” thermal baths.
