CUSCO MACHUPICCHU PUNO MOUNTAIN 7 DAYS

– Pick up and transfer to the Hotel 🏨.
– In the afternoon, start of the CITY TOUR 🌆, where we will visit the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman 🏞️, Qenqo 🏛️, Pucapucara 🏰 and Tambomachay 🌄. (Approximate duration 4 hours).

– 08:20 am – Inicio del tour.
– En este tour se visita las salineras con 3000 pozos pequeños con un área promedio de unos 5 m². Durante la época de sequía, se “riegan” cada 3 días con agua salada que emana de un manante natural ubicado en la parte superior de los pozos para que al evaporarse el agua, la sal contenida en esta se solidifique.
– Después, visitamos el complejo arqueológico de Moray; se trata de hoyos naturales gigantescos que fueron utilizados para construir en sus contornos andenes agrícolas con sus respectivos canales de irrigación.
– 14:30 pm – Arribo a la ciudad del Cusco.

– 04:00 am – Pick up from the hotel and transfer to the Ollantaytambo train station.
– 06:30 am – Tourist train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes.
– 08:30 am – Arrival to the town of Aguas Calientes.
– 09:00 am – Bus to the Inca citadel of Machupicchu.
– 10:00 am – 2-hour guided tour in the Machupicchu Archaeological Park.
– 12:00 pm – Free time to visit and take photos in the places of greatest interest to passengers.
– At the appropriate time, we will take the bus from the Inca citadel of Machupicchu to Aguas Calientes. Free time in the town of Aguas Calientes to buy crafts and get to know the town on the passenger's behalf.
– 18:20 pm – Tourist train bound for the town of Ollantaytambo, where a person is waiting for us who will return us to the city of Cusco.
– 22:30 pm – Arrival in the city of Cusco.

– 4:30 am – We begin with the pick-up from your respective hotel.
– Then we head towards the south of Cusco, passing through the town of URCOS (on the road that leads Cusco-Puno), until we reach the district of CHECACUPE (2 hours by bus).
– Then, we take the detour that takes us to PITUMARCA, passing through small towns until we reach the community of HANCHIPATA – QUESIUNO (1:20 hours by bus), the ideal place to start the walk.
– On the route, we will appreciate many mountains, as well as the snow-capped AUSANGATE, beautiful lagoons and camelid grazing.
– The walk will last approximately 3 hours to VINICUNCA (mountain of Colors). In this place we will spend an hour taking photos of the mountain and the beautiful landscape.
– Then, we will return to the starting point. The return walk will be 2 and a half hours.
– Afterwards, we will return in our transportation to Cusco.
– 18:00 pm – Return to the city of Cusco.
– 9:00 pm – Bus Cama Cusco – Puno.

– Pick up at the bus station and transfer to the office to wait for the departure of the tour.
– 06:45 am – We go in a private transport to the main dock or port.
– At 7:15 am, we begin the departure towards the floating islands of the Uros, currently considered the Lake Titicaca National Reserve, known as the highest navigable lake in the world.
– During the trip, you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic landscape view. Our specialized guide will introduce you to the existence of the floating islands of the Uros. Currently, the people of the Uros still maintain their own culture and tradition, as well as artisanal fishing, especially CARACHI and silverside. When fishing is plentiful, they preserve the fish by drying them in the sun. They also hunt wild birds and collect duck eggs. There are 75 islands that live today, and each island is well organized. After a long and beautiful visit, you will say goodbye to the Uros.
– Our next visit will be the natural island of Taquile. To get to our next visit, we will sail by boat for 2 and a half hours to the natural Island of Taquile. During navigation, you will be able to observe the mountain chain (the royal mountain range). The people of Taquile are very collaborative and well organized. The Taquileños have demonstrated their high degree of advancement in Textile Industry, receiving their award from UNESCO. Spinning and weaving are done primarily by men, beginning at the age of eight. Women exclusively make yarn and weaving. Life in Taquile is still largely unchanged by modernity. The visit will take an average of 2 hours, and you will have 1 hour to enjoy a delicious typical lunch. If you want to be part of this community, you can collaborate voluntarily by buying some of their crafts. In this way, this community will have the means of sustainability to continue showing its existence to future travelers.
– 04:00 pm – Return to the City of Puno.
– 9:00 pm – Bus Cama Puno – Cusco.

– 04:30 am – Pick up from hotels.
– Then, travel to Molletapa (approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes), where you will enjoy breakfast.
– They will continue for one hour to Soraypampa, at 3900 meters above sea level. There you can prepare to undertake the 2-hour walk (approximately 2 km), during which you will be able to appreciate the Salkantay snow-capped mountain and the Humantay snow-capped mountain peak.
– Upon reaching the shores of Humantay Lagoon, at 4,200 meters above sea level, you will have a brief explanation about the area and the lagoon from the guide. Then, you will have free time to enjoy the landscape and take wonderful photographs.
– After enjoying this wonderful natural attraction, you will begin the return along the same path to Soraypampa, where you will board the transport to go to Mollepata and enjoy a buffet lunch.
– Finally, they will return to Cusco at 6:00 pm.
