BICICLETA VALLE SAGRADO

The adventure will begin with a pick-up from your hotel in Cusco at 8:00 am. This exceptional bicycle tour will take us to discover the best of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, passing through the towns of Urubamba, Rumichaca, Yanahuara, and Santa Ana.

Our route along the Sacred Valley Bike Path is approximately 15 km long. We begin in Urubamba and pass through part of the town until we reach the bike path, which will take us close to the riverbank where we can take photos. Next, we’ll ride along a stone path that leads to a bridge over the Urubamba River. Then we’ll continue along a long trail that offers panoramic views of the Sacred Valley and its mountains, as well as the cultivated fields of this beautiful region.

Continuing the tour, we will go to the small town of Santa Ana where we can enjoy our Box Lunch. Here we will find some Inca agricultural terraces and a privileged view of the cornfields. After the picnic, we will continue along the route until we reach the town of Ollantaytambo.

On our trip, we’ll learn a bit about local agricultural products like corn and potatoes. Then, we’ll have the option of taking a short walk through the archaeological town of Ollantaytambo. Wandering its narrow streets, you can feel the magic it holds, and despite the passage of time, it still maintains its Inca constructions and aqueducts intact. Finally, we’ll return to Cusco at approximately 5:00 p.m. and be transferred to your hotel, concluding one of our most highly recommended bike tours.
